Site content

The purpose of the site is to enter the information required to issue Passes for the various Monaco Grand Prix. Under no circumstances may the texts published on the site be considered as legal proof. They are merely a reflection of the author’s mind and constitute a simple indication of a general nature. Although the owner of the site makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the site is accurate and up to date – and reserves the right to correct the content at any time and without prior notice – legislation is liable to change at any time, so that the content may no longer be up to date with new legal and regulatory provisions. It is therefore the responsibility of each user to contact the Automobile Club de Monaco or any other legal professional in order to benefit from a personalised study. Under no circumstances may the Automobile Club de Monaco be held liable for any damage (direct or indirect) caused by use of the information contained on its Website contrary to these provisions. Any use for commercial or advertising purposes is prohibited.

Intellectual property

The elements and content of the website are the exclusive property of the Automobile Club de Monaco. In accordance with the laws governing literary and artistic property rights or related rights, any reproduction, modification, publication, adaptation and/or representation of all or part of the elements making up the Website are strictly prohibited, whatever the means or process used, without the prior written authorisation of their owner(s). The author of any unauthorised use of the Site or any of the elements it contains will be prosecuted.

Personal data

The user expressly accepts that the personal data sent voluntarily to the Automobile Club de Monaco may be processed electronically. This data will be kept for a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years. It is intended for the exclusive use of the Site owner. In accordance with the provisions of law no. 1.165 of 23 December 1993 regulating the processing of personal data, as amended, the user has the right to information, access, rectification, modification and deletion of data concerning him/her. They may also object to the computerised processing of said data. These rights may be exercised either directly with the Automobile Club de Monaco or by post or e-mail. Users must provide proof of their identity beforehand. A reply will be made within 31 days from the date of receipt of the letter or e-mail [email protected]

Hypertext links

The site contains a certain number of hypertext links to other sites. The Automobile Club de Monaco makes every effort to check the content of these sites and undertakes to remove any link to another site whose content is illegal. Similarly, the user undertakes to inform the Automobile Club de Monaco of the illicit nature of any of these sites as soon as he/she becomes aware of it.
