A crew list is mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>All technical and service providers will receive <b>SUPPLIER<\/b> passes. The request must come directly from the company itself.<\/li>\n<li>ACM will not accept any returns or exchanges of passes; ACM will not issue any refunds for unused passes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>How to obtain passes?<\/h4>\n<p>All requests for port and hospitality passes must be made online before February 28<b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>DOCUMENTS TO PROVIDE:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sponsorship letter<\/li>\n<li>Vessel registry<\/li>\n<li>Vessel insurance<\/li>\n<li>Naturalization (for Monegasque vessels only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>DOCUMENTS TO PROVIDE AFTER MOORING RIGHTS CONFIRMATION:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Crew list<\/li>\n<li>Cabin guest list<\/li>\n<li>Supplier list<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Branding<\/h4>\n<p>Any request for branding on your vessel must be submitted for approval to <a href=\"mailto:bateaux@acm.mc\">bateaux@acm.mc<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Contact<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Web: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.acm.mc\/\">www.acm.mc<\/a> &#8211; Email: <a href=\"mailto:bateaux@acm.mc\">bateaux@acm.mc<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Security<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The ACM Port Access and Hospitality Pass must be worn <u>at all times<\/u> within the confines of the Circuit for all Security check points<\/li>\n<li><b>PASSES MAY NOT BE SHARED, TRANSFERRED OR SOLD<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Monitoring will take place systematically during the Events to ensure all guests are in possession of an\u00a0 ACM Port Access and Hospitality Pass;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>CREW <\/b>passes will only be issued when accompanied by an application for <b>GUEST<\/b> passes<\/li>\n<li>Tenders are strictly prohibited (without exception) from docking behind Grandstand T (Darse sud)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Conditions<\/h4>\n<p>If you are successfully allocated a Port Berth, any advertising or marketing requirements, by the successful Applicant to prospective Clients, offering Hospitality products, including the resale of the berth, shall result in the re-examination of the application and associated berth allocation.<\/p>\n<p>This may result in the cancellation of the Port Berth allocation and SEPM reserves the right to retain the application fee.<\/p>\n<p><b>If a security check on an Event day confirms a discrepancy between the allocation of ACM Port Access and Hospitality Guest passes and the Guest count on board, the Applicant shall be obliged to rectify this immediately with the ACM <\/b><b>Acc\u00e8s<\/b><b> Bateaux Office;
